The new Mercedes-Benz GLC is available in three variations – diesel, gasoline, and plug-in hybrid. All versions will be fitted with the new Continental EcoContact 6 Q tire which boasts reduced fuel consumption, low rolling noise, and long life.
The tire is designed to fit many car types regardless of how they drive. The unique rubber compound reduces rolling resistance and friction while managing energy absorption.
Additional features include exceptional braking performance, superior handling, and exceptionally long life. This is courtesy of the modified side grooves, sipes, and blocks.
Mercedes is also offering the WinterContact TS 850 P for winter travel. It provides precision handling on dry and wet roads at low temperatures and stays solid on snow.
GLC owners in the USA can also buy the ProContact GX for all seasons. It offers a comfortable ride and low fuel consumption while giving drivers excellent road performance.
