Continental Tire has named Teck Seng Chew as the new product manager for its port operations at Continental Specialty Tires.
According to the company, Chew’s role will be to drive the strategic development of the port operation business and act as an interface to research and development, sales, quality management, and customer service.
He took over from Julian Alexander, now the head of key account management in Specialty Tires. Chew will answer to Federico Jimenez and Martijn Oosterbaan, the head of business field tires and head of product management respectively.
Teck Send Chew has worked at Continental since 2017. He was the technical customer service manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and the account manager for port operations.
