Online publications, auto clubs, and motor magazines in Europe have ranked Continental tires high after carrying out tests. The Continental SportContact 7 tire won in all the tests and was rated “superior” and “outstanding” thrice.
On the other hand, the Continental PremiumContact 7 tire came first in 2 of 4 tests. The UltraContact also scored high. The PremiumContact 6 was rated “good” by the German Automobile Club (ADAC) and “very good” by auto motor und sport magazine.
Experts in Austria, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany have also made comparisons. The SportContact 7 was rated highly by sport auto and AutoBild.
According to Continental, this is proof of the high manufacturing and development standards that the company upholds when making its products. The focus is usually on the safety and environmental attributes of the tires.
