King of the Hammers is one of the world’s toughest off-road races thanks to its grueling and challenging terrain. Nitto Tire has invested in the competition and its participants for more than a decade.
In a recent announcement, the tire manufacturer announced that it will be the Presenting Partner for KOH in 2024. The competition will also be supported by OPTIMA Batteries. Nitto is proud to extend the relationship into the coming year and hopes to be at the forefront of challenging people and products beyond the average racing.
Some of the ways it has supported the teams is by providing Nitto tires from different lines. The Ridge Grappler Hybrid Terrain is the most popular and is used on light trucks used to tow race cars, campers, and SXS’s. The most commonly used tire is the Trail Grappler M/T which is used in the SXS and 4400 classes.

The 2024 KOH event is scheduled to begin on January 18 and will run until February 3 in Johnson Valley, CA.
