About 1,900 Falken Wildpeak tires are being recalled by Sumitomo Rubber USA. The tires are of two types – the Wilpeak HT02 size LT235/85R16 120/116S and the Wildpeak AT3W size 265/70R17 115T.
The two are said to be at risk of an air leak and are likely to experience punctures in the sidewall. This is likely to increase the risk of an accident during driving. Drivers are advised to take their Falken tires to the nearest dealer who will replace them free of charge.
