GT Radial has unveiled its latest innovation, the MaxClimate all-weather tire, with a special focus on grand touring and CUV vehicles. With its performance giving consistent traction under deep snow as well as poor weather conditions, the tire is ideal for all-year use, the company claimed.
MaxClimate tire has gained the highly acclaimed Three Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMS) approval, which guarantees its capability in harsh winter conditions. GT Radial will offer the tire in 43 sizes covering rim diameters from 17 to 20 inches and series profiles from 40 to 65. H and V speed ratings will be offered on the tire, with a wide range of vehicles in focus.
Enhanced Comfort and Endurance
GT Radial emphasized that the MaxClimate tire is engineered to provide a smooth, quiet ride and excellent wet, dry, and snowy traction performance. The tire comes with a number of warranties, including:
- 60,000-mile limited treadwear warranty
- Road hazard warranty
- 24-hour roadside service
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Advanced Design for Optimal Performance
Manufactured in GT Radial’s USA factory in Richburg, South Carolina, MaxClimate tire is a reflection of state-of-the-art technology aimed at achieving best-in-class traction and durability. The tire has full-depth zigzag sipes for extra biting edges, leading to a solid grip on ice and snow with 3PMS certification standards achieved. The asymmetric tread also enhances handling and comfort alongside wet and snowy conditions performance.
Water drainage grooves are also built into the tire itself, draining water and slush for a stable contact with the road, irrespective of inclement weather.
GT Radial’s MaxClimate tire is a revolutionary achievement in all-weather tire technology, offering comfort, durability, and performance across many driving environments.
