Team Falken driver Justin Hall delivered a strong performance at the Best in the Desert’s Vegas to Reno race, the longest off-road event in the United States. Behind the wheel of his Justin Hall Motorsports 4800 Class vehicle, Hall completed the challenging 500-mile course in 11:59:03.226, maintaining a one-hour lead over his closest competitor.
The race started in Crystal, Nevada, and ended in Reno, presenting participants with deep silt beds, wide valleys, and narrow canyons. Supported by co-driver Chris Rea and teammates Johnny and JP Webster, Hall’s team kept a steady pace, suffering only one flat tire after hitting a rock.
With 37-inch Falken Wildpeak M/T01 tires, the team credited the tires for providing the durability needed to handle Nevada’s tough terrain. Before this victory, Hall’s crew also secured a second-place finish in the Ultra 4 race from Vegas to Tonopah, marking two podium finishes in one day.
Falken Tires’ Motorsports Manager, Bakari Howard, remarked that the team had a great debut with the new 4800 class race car. He noted that the back-to-back podiums highlighted both driver skill and tire performance. He added that Falken looked forward to supporting their future events.
