Nexen Tire is a leader in the production of high-performance light truck, SUV, passenger, and winter tires that deliver world-class service to vehicle owners. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the tire manufacturer will provide world-class support to Nexen tire dealers nationwide.
The support encompasses full tire distribution capabilities from all distribution facilities owned by the company. Other support services include roadside assistance to customer service dealer functions and mileage warranty support.
Nexen has also come up with special dealer incentives to help cushion dealers during the nationwide quarantine and economic slowdown caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. The incentives will be facilitated through the company’s popular Nexen Level Program.
In addition, Nexen will keep all it’s tire call centers operational. These will provide critical services such as marketing, social responsibility, sales support and other important functions essential to dealers during this pandemic.
Most Nexen Tire dealers decided to stay open at the beginning of the nationwide shelter-in-place regulation. This was to help all customers, who include healthcare workers, first responders, and essential personnel. They are part of the people still traveling to government facilities, hospitals, and other important places. Nexen dealers vowed to stay there to help keep them safe especially on the road.
