General Tire Announces New Tech for the Grabber AT³ Off-Road Tires

General Tire is the sub-brand of Continental Tire, a leading German manufacturer in the tire business. The former recently introduced its latest tread technology on one of its off-road options – the Grabber AT3 tire.

General Tire was launched in 2011 in the Middle East to provide high-performance 4×4 and off-road tires. The company has a strong presence in the region and supplies motorists with high-quality options for everyday driving.

The Grabber AT3 is its flagship product. It’s a robust and versatile tire that is designed for off-road vehicles, pick-up trucks, and SUVs. It combines exceptional grip characteristics and off-road capabilities to provide all-weather performance.

The company has offered durable and robust 4X4 and SUV tires for all applications for more than 100 years. Its new technology improves cut resistance and grip. This enhances performance on wet and dry terrains.

“At General Tire, safety is paramount. Cut resistance is an important criterion for drivers using all-terrain tires, providing better grip. This is why we’ve worked on the technology to improve these performance elements of the Grabber AT³ and enhance their already strong reputation within the all-terrain sector. The use of new technologies represents an opportunity to improve safety and quality even further and in turn, provide quality products for our customers,” said Matthias Bartz, Business Development Manager for General Tire EMEA.

The Grabber AT³ is available with new wheel diameters. These include the 21 and 22 inches with General Tire expected to release additional sizes later this year. The new diameters come in sizes 275/40R22 108V XL FR and 275/45 R 21 110V XL.
