Yokohama Releases Extreme 907W Traction Tire for Fleets

Yokohama has just announced a new tire designed for fleet operators who would like to keep going in snowy and icy conditions. The 907W replaces the SY767 and comes with a three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMS) badge for its remarkable snow performance.

It offers a longer tread life than its predecessor thanks to its deeper tread and new pitted compound. Operators can now enjoy reliable snow braking and traction during winter seasons.

The new compound is designed to resist chipping, cutting, and scrubbing while the tire blocks tackle heel/toe wear to improve traction. The power ribs feature 3D sipes that improve snow and ice performance while providing strong contact with the ground.

Lastly, the new set of Yokohama tires is guaranteed to offer efficient water evacuation thanks to the four zig-zag grooves. This also improves radial and lateral traction in extreme conditions.

Buyers in the US can get the Yokohama 907W in sizes 295/75R22.5, 11R22.5, and 11R24.5. The tire comes with a 7-year unlimited retread casing warranty.
