Michelin Scoops More than 100 Awards from the 2024 J.D. Power Study

The recently published J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study saw Michelin earn more than 100 awards, making it the first tire manufacturer to achieve such a feat.

Drivers ranked the company top for providing the highest customer satisfaction in passenger, luxury, and performance sports vehicles. The results were based on consumer feedback, making Michelin yet again the most-awarded tire brand in the U.S.

In total, the tire manufacturer went home with 102 awards, more than what other companies won combined. 2024 marks the 21st year Michelin is ranking top in the Luxury category.

J.D. Power analyzed responses from more than 31,000 car owners and tested satisfaction in four segments, which include tire traction/handling, tire appearance, tire wear, and tire ride. Michelin tires faired exceptionally well in all categories.
