Pirelli will showcase its new products and latest technologies for high-performance motorcycles and vehicles at the upcoming TIRE COLOGNE 2024. The team will set up a 400-square-meter stand on which it will display its performance and innovative strength.
The tire manufacturer will also put on display the progress it has made in achieving sustainability. This includes efforts made to make sustainable engineering development and sustainable Pirelli tires.
One of the company’s most prominent products, the P Zero E summer tire, will be a major highlight at the show. It’s designed to meet the needs of sustainable and electric mobility. It comes with the company’s proprietary RUNFORWARD technology that allows the vehicle to keep moving in case of a puncture.
The driver can continue driving for about 25 miles (40 km) at a speed of 50 mph (80 km/h). The tire is made using 55% recycled and bio-based materials, making it the first UHP tire of its kind. Pirelli also plans to display the Cinturato All Season SF3 tire designed for compact and medium vehicles. It comes with the highest A rating for wet performance in the EU.
It’s been praised for its stability, low rolling resistance, noise comfort, and exemplary braking performance on snowy, wet, and dry roads. It was also selected as the best all-season tire based on comparative tests done by prominent European magazines.
