General Tire has introduced its latest all-season touring tire, the Grabber H/T, designed specifically for crossovers, light trucks, and SUVs. Now available to consumers, this new model promises enhanced tread longevity, improved wet braking capabilities, and decreased rolling resistance compared to its predecessor, the Grabber HTS60, according to the company.
The Grabber H/T is equipped with innovative features, including the Replacement Tire Monitor (RTM) and Visual Alignment Indicators (VAI), which assist drivers in identifying alignment issues and tracking tire wear more effectively. General Tire has released the Grabber H/T in a wide array of options, with sizes spanning from 15 to 22-inch rim diameters. A total of 62 sizes are available, six of which carry a V-speed rating.
Bill Caldwell, Continental Tire’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, expressed enthusiasm for the new addition, emphasizing the company’s commitment to building on the legacy of the Grabber HTS60. Caldwell stated that General Tire believes the Grabber H/T will exceed customer expectations and provide an unparalleled driving experience.
The Grabber H/T comes with a 70,000-mile limited treadwear warranty, and the manufacturer offers a 45-day trial period, underscoring its confidence in the tire’s performance and durability.
